AXI9000 implements 3D/CT online full inspection function. The inspection objects include BGA, QFP, SOP, CSP, CHIP, QFN, plug-in components, power modules and other components. It can check for missing parts, offset, tin connection, open soldering, and missing parts. Defects such as tin, bubbles, pillow effect (select according to the inspection object).
●Unique 3D/CT reconstruction algorithm, reconstruction time is less than 30s (resolution 5μm)
●High-speed automated inspection technology, using a three-layer gantry structure of linear motors to achieve high-speed 3D/CT scanning
●According to user needs, scan the sample (or component) in whole or in part
●The minimum measurable pitch is 0.3mm and the banding line image above 0.2mm is clearly identifiable.
